Veho concentrates its headquarter operations in a prime location at Aviapolis
Veho has signed a long-term lease agreement for 3,025 m² with real estate company Antilooppi on concentrating its headquarter operations to Vantaa’s Tietotie 9.
The property is in an excellent location by the airport and within a walking distance from the new train station. The area’s appeal will increase significantly in the coming years as Aviapolis gets a new urban centre.
The ongoing year 2019 is a historical anniversary for Veho as the company was founded 80 years ago, and the company’s Finnish roots date back to 1892. Veho is one of the most significant actors in the Finnish car industry, and, true to its traditions, still a Finnish family company.
“The goal was to get all operations under one roof, which eases our daily work significantly and supports the development of our operational processes and corporate culture,” explains Anssi Räsänen, CFO at Veho.
“In addition, Aviapolis offers Veho a good vantage point to the growing urban surroundings and a favorable opportunity to test solutions together with other companies and communities investing in mobility of the future. One example of this is Aviapolis’ Traffic Lab initiative where Veho is heavily involved,” Räsänen continues.
Antilooppi’s Tietotie 9 in Vantaa was completed in 2013 and it has a Leed Platinum certification. Veho’s premises in the property are open, bright and modern. The comprehensive services and parking possibilities of the property are the best in the area. The move is planned for March 2020. Other tenants in the property include Finnair, LähiTapiola Rahoitus and American Express GBT.
The realtor in this property search process was Newsec.
