This property doesn’t lack any personality! Ympyrätalo, completed in 1968, is one of the few properties that is already known by its name alone. The historically significant output of Finnish architecture has retained the atmosphere of the 60s even after the renovations. The property, which is protected by the Finnish Museum Agency, was completely renovated in 2004. This property offers wonderful city views and brings modern offices right in to the heart of Helsinki.
Ympyrätalo achieved Excellent level in the BREEAM In-Use environmental certification.
