For this reason, we do not simply lease out premises but create inventive and flexible solutions based on customers’ needs and operations. Properties always have a close connection to their immediate surroundings. That is why it is especially important for us to develop not just the property but also the surrounding area to be even more functional. Everyday life is a little easier when all the services you need during the day can be found under one roof. For each property, we strive to ensure that services are well available in the property and nearby. In a relaxed and versatile business environment, it is possible to eat, drink, enjoy and play sports after a working day. At best, there are plenty of activities, things to do and services around the clock. At the same time, the restaurants, cafés and gyms located in our properties serve both the users of the property and local residents.
