Securitas chooses offices by Antilooppi in Vallila, Helsinki: Location, design and cooperation key in decision

Securitas, an established tenant of Antilooppi, is moving into new premises at Elimäenkatu 28, Helsinki, at the turn of the year. The new offices will better serve the company’s needs. The industrial chic office building offers functional, multi-purpose offices next to Pasila railway station, just fifteen minutes from central Helsinki.

Securitas Oy and real-estate owner Antilooppi have signed a new long-term rental lease on Elimäenkatu 28 in the Vallila district of Helsinki.

Securitas, which provides a wide range of security services to organizations and consumers, has been a satisfied tenant of Antilooppi for years. When moving offices became relevant, the company wanted to examine potential new offices with the landlord it already knew. When it made its decision, its long, mutually trustworthy client relationship with Antilooppi was particularly influential. This smooth collaboration reflects Antilooppi’s strategic aim of serving as companies’ reliable spatial needs partner throughout their life cycles.

“Securitas has been a valued tenant of ours for many years. We’ve been looking for suitable options together for a while now and worked actively to find them the most suitable location in our extensive property portfolio. Securitas had several criteria, from comfortable, efficient multi-purpose spaces to good parking options. In addition, the company wanted to remain in a central location with good transport links. The search for suitable premises ended successfully in the familiar district of Vallila.

Atmospheric premises in the heart of Vallila

On Elimäenkatu, the company can look forward to an office which has been designed with space efficiency first. The premises include more flexible spatial solutions than before, such as teamwork spaces and open-plan workspaces. In addition to spaces for teamwork and blended forms of working, the office offers spaces for quiet, solitary work and conference rooms. The property also features a 250-space parking garage. Securitas can move into its new, renovated premises at the start of 2024.
