Antilooppi sold a retail warehouse and industrial property in Vantaa to Trevian Finland Properties I

Antilooppi has sold a retail and manufacturing property at Mäkituvantie 3 in Aviapolis, Vantaa, to the special investment fund Trevian Finland Properties I. The property is located in a fast-growing area at the junction of Tuusulanväylä, Tikkurilantie and Kehä III. The property has a leasable area of approximately 20,000 m², and the tenants include Grano and Veho, among others.
