Antilooppi has acquired two almost fully leased office buildings from Leppävaara, Espoo and Vallila, Helsinki for EUR 43 million. Both assets were purchased from a joint venture between Cromwell Property Group and one of its private equity partners.

Stella Terra is a modern office building constructed in 2001 with a lettable area of 9,183 m² with excellent business park services and 290 parking spaces. It is situated in a very visible location in Leppävaara in the intersection of Ring Road 1 and Turku Motorway. The property is also close to major public transport hubs with a walking distance to the Leppävaara train station.
Kumpulantie 5, is located in Vallila with excellent transport connections with tram, bus and the Pasila railway station only within 10 min walking distance. The leasable area of the property is 8,539 m², and the property has almost 70 parking spaces.
