Antilooppi acquires Itämerenkatu 3 office property in Ruoholahti from YLE Pension Fund. The deal is worth EUR 28.7 million in an off-market transaction.
Built in 1998, Itämerenkatu 3 is located in the heart of the Ruoholahti district right next the metro station. The lettable area of the fully leased property is 9,900 m² and includes 112 parking spaces. The versatile office premises are completely adaptable according to the requirements of tenants. Each floor of office space can easily be converted meet the needs of multiple tenants. It is Antilooppi’s goal to develop the property’s office and retail premises in cooperation with both current and future tenants.
This acquisition is an important addition to Antilooppi’s existing property portfolio in the western inner city area. The portfolio now includes over 58,000 sqm in four properties.
