POOL Network offers flexibility in working

POOL Network offers flexibility at different locations in the Helsinki metropolitan area. You can use the lounge and hot desk spaces of five POOL flexible locations as your workspace according to your needs and location preferences. POOL Network is suitable as a support base for mobile work, an alternative to working from home, or for companies to offer flexible space options as an employee benefit.

What does the POOL network agreement include?

Free use of the lounge space at five selected POOL locations

Use of the Library / Hotdesk area. You can use the hot desk either with or without a reservation.
Use of the kitchen area
Use of phone booths or separate meeting booths

At the location, you can also always enjoy coffee and tea from a small roastery, heat and eat your snacks, and in some locations, use the printing service.

You can purchase a day pass (€19 / + VAT) or enter into a longer-term network agreement for a period that suits you. The network is suitable for both solo entrepreneurs and the needs of mobile work in larger organizations. The locations are available to you through the reception services on weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm, where you can get an access badge to the space.
