Antilooppi has completed acquisition of nine properties in Ruoholahti, Helsinki and signed a new credit facility agreement

Antilooppi has completed an agreement to acquire a portfolio of nine properties in Ruoholahti from Sponda Oyj and its subsidiaries.  The lettable area of the target portfolio is approximately 100,000 m² and it also includes more than 1,650 parking places.

In the connection of the new acquisition, Antilooppi has signed an increase amendment EUR 250 million to the current credit facility agreement. The new syndicated financing arrangement consist of three separate tranches: a EUR 635 million Term Loan Facility and a EUR 15 million overdraft Facility and a EUR 50 million uncommitted Term Loan Facility. The new agreement has been arranged by Nordea (coordinator and agent), OP, SEB, Danske Bank and Handelsbanken.

The market value of Antilooppi’s portfolio is approximately EUR 1.4 billion after the transaction.

Neither the transaction nor new credit facility agreement will have impact on the lease agreements of the portfolio.
