Antilooppi introduces a new flexible workspace concept – “Modern work sets new demands on office spaces”

Antilooppi has created a new, flexible office concept called POOL. The first POOL opens in the Kiila building in Kamppi, Helsinki in February 2020.

The change of work is shifting the needs and expectations for a modern work environment. Flexibility has become the primary requirement for office spaces as companies grow, adapt and transform faster than ever. The traditional office is not always enough – not for the individual nor the company.

Antilooppi has created a new office concept, POOL, for its’ current clients and for companies looking for flexibility. Even though the actual office remains as the base, the territory of work needs to extend beyond it. POOL is a tailored service model that offers flexible workspaces and services that complement the traditional office. POOL extends Antilooppi’s service offering from fixed office units to flexible lease agreements.

The first POOL opens in February 2020 at the newly refurbished KIILA at Ruoholahdenkatu 21 in Helsinki. The aim is to open 5-7 POOL units in the coming years.

POOL combines private offices with furnished studios, meeting rooms, project spaces and communal areas. The POOL premises also offer top-quality services ranging from restaurants and coffee shops to health & fitness operators. This way Antilooppi can offer the best possible service for their clients and the people working in and visiting the building.

“Modern work creates new demands also on workspaces”, says Antilooppi CEO Tuomas Sahi. “Flexible spaces like POOL offer the best possible operational environment for clients and help them to succeed in constantly-evolving situations.”
