Antilooppi has identified the significant development potential in the eastern inner city area and wants to actively develop and provide modern premises for businesses of different sizes. “This transaction is an important addition to Antilooppi’s current property portfolio in the eastern inner city. We believe that the interest in both of the properties will increase even further when the Pasila–Vallila–Kalasatama area develops,” says Antti Savilampi , CIO at Antilooppi.

“Antilooppi’s objective is to grow into a significant office investor and operator in the selected submarkets in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. This transaction is strong evidence of the successful implementation of the strategy, and it significantly strengthens Antilooppi in the eastern inner city of Helsinki,” says CEO Tuomas Sahi.
